No, you are welcome to book your appointment without a referral.
To claim a Medicare rebate, you will require a referral and Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP or psychiatrist. Some private health funds will also offer rebates.

This will be guided by your unique needs. However, we often see our clients weekly at the beginning of treatment and then transition into less frequent sessions if desired.

Yes. If you provide us with your referral and mental health care plan prior to your appointment, you will be able to claim a Medicare rebate.

We currently offer appointments between 8am and 6pm Monday through Friday. Occasionally, we have appointments available on Saturday mornings and after-hours.
